What is No Filter Fighters?
It is an unofficial fan project — not a licensed Martin product. The creator built it as a tribute to the show, using its characters, catchphrases and stage settings as the basis for a traditional one-on-one fighting game. Because it is distributed for free and runs in the browser, there is nothing to download and nothing to pay if you play on the official itch.io page.
Matches are built around a fighter plus a sidekick. You pick two different characters; each name can appear only once in a match. During a round you attack with your fighter, call the sidekick, and spend meter on supers. The creator listing also describes stage breaks: an uppercut or slam can send a fight through the ceiling or floor into another arena.
The roster
Eleven playable characters on the current build. Most of the line-up comes from the show's main cast and recurring roles; the newest fighter, Bob from Marketing, was added in v13.2 with his own stage.

Game modes
Story mode
A single-player run through the roster with dialogue between fights. This is the mode to start with: it is the fastest way to see characters and stages without having to set up a match yourself.
Arcade mode
The classic ladder — fight your way through a fixed sequence of opponents. Short sessions, no story interruptions, and the mode most players use to learn a new character.
Versus and Training
Local versus is for two people on the same keyboard or with controllers. Training is the place to open the move list and repeat a combo without a timer.
Online Versus
Head-to-head matches against another player using a room code. The pool is small, so you usually play with someone you already know rather than waiting in a public queue.
CPU Showcase
Watch CPU fighters play. Useful if you want to see a character's moves before you pick them.
How to start playing
- Open the game from the creator's itch.io page in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. A keyboard is still the most comfortable way to play, though phones and tablets get on-screen buttons.
- Wait for the build to load. Keep the tab in the foreground — the first load is large.
- Pick Story if this is your first time, then choose a fighter and a sidekick.
- Read the controls in Settings, or use the default map on the how to play page.

Frequently asked questions
Is No Filter Fighters free?
Yes. It is a free fan game with no purchase required. Playing in the browser does not need an account.
Do I need to download anything?
No — it runs in the browser. The creator also offers Windows and Linux / Steam Deck zips if you prefer to play offline; see the where to play page.
Is this an official Martin game?
No. It is unofficial fan content, made by a fan and not connected to the show's creators, rights holders or any broadcaster.
Can I play it on a phone?
Yes. The creator lists touch controls that appear in landscape. A desktop keyboard is still easier for a fighting game.
How many characters are there?
Eleven on the current listing. The full list, with each fighter's background, is on the characters page. New names are still being added from player comments on itch.io.
